Very creamy cheesecake. Of course, no oven for it. A simple recipe made from 4 ingredients: cream cheese, whipping cream, lemon juice, and sugar. If you add lemon juice to whipped cream, it will harden easily so you don't have to use gelatin.
I served it on a plate as you can see in the photo, but it’s also recommended to put cream cheese mousse, sponge, fruit, etc. together and eat it with a spoon like a scoop cake.
It melts in your mouth and you can eat more and more, so be careful of eating too much 😆
